What should I do if something from my order is missing?

Please contact our customer service at customercare@rationalle.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?

Please contact customer service at customercare@rationalle.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice.

I don't see a refund on my credit card. What should I do now?

It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at customercare@rationalle.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned. We will respond within 24 hours.


What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at customercare@rationalle.com.

Where does Rationalle ship to?

We ship to all 50 states. 

Free standard shipping is offered for all domestic orders. Standard shipping is UPS ground and ships out within 24-48hrs of order placement date. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are shipped through DHL and cost is automatically calculated at check out. Please note international duties and taxes may be required by the country receiving the order and are nonrefundable by Rationalle.

What is Rationalle's return policy?

Please note our return policy:

A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.  

How do I organize a return?

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods Rationalle reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Do I need to sign for my Rationalle package? No.

What if my Rationalle order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to

Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at customercare@rationalle.com with any requests.

How do I track my Rationalle order once it is placed?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.

Are returns free?

Yes for domestic orders, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. They are not free for international orders. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.



Where do I enter a promo code?


Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “Discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “Apply” button.

How many promo codes can I enter?

Only one promotional code will be honored per order.
